Sustain Charlotte Urban Design Specialist Eric Zaverl joined WCNC’s Flashpoint host Ben Thompson for an interview about our priorities for 2024.
“All of the priorities are interconnected and important,” Eric said. “I think the biggest need is getting connected, and by that, I mean greenways, bike lanes, and transit. We are lacking in those areas because we spent many decades building our city around the automobile. We need to start investing strategically in our mobility network.”
