Black Political Caucus to file restraining order against NCDOT to stop I-77 expansion (WCNC)
The Black Political Caucus of Charlotte-Mecklenburg (BPC) planned to file a restraining order against the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) in efforts to stop the highway expansion project of I-77 on Monday.
