Fencil: Better Bus, microtransit will lead to opportunities (South Charlotte Weekly)

The MTC, which makes long-range planning recommendations for the Charlotte Area Transit System, has been discussing how to best spend a potential 1-cent sales tax increase for transportation if approved by Mecklenburg County voters.
