Scoop: Memo shows top city staff at odds over comprehensive plan (Axios)
Axios reporters Michael Graff and Katie Peralta Soloff wrote about an exchange of memos between assistant city managers Tracy Dodson and Taiwo Jaiyeoba on the Charlotte Future 2040 Comprehensive Plan.
The plan has also pitted “the status quo against people who want change,” says Shannon Binns, executive director of Sustain Charlotte. “Clearly the status quo is not working for everyone.”
