Sustain Charlotte submits alternatives as I-77 express lane plans draw pushback (WBTV)
With plans to relieve congestion on I-77 south, North Carolina Department of Transportation officials, known as NCDOT, have presented options for express lanes that widen or elevate toll lanes from the South Carolina state line all the way to Uptown Charlotte. But the options on the table have gotten pushback from neighbors.
