What bike shops are open during the stay at home order?

Riding your bike during these unusual times has become very popular–and, as essential services, bike shops are here to help you. As you bike, please stay safe and keep others safe as well. Not sure how to do that? Check out People For Bikes’ article: Safe Cycling During Social Distancing.

We realize that information about bike shops (including business openings, hours, and policies for shoppers) is rapidly changing. We attempted to contact all of the bike shops in our region by phone or by checking their websites so we could update this article with accurate information. If you’re a bike shop owner or manager who can help us by providing updates about the status of your store’s operations, please email meg.fencil@sustaincharlotte.org and we’ll update this accordingly. We apologize for any omissions, and will get them corrected just as soon as we can.

Here’s a list of bike shops that are currently open on either a walk-in or appointment basis. Since this information may change, we encourage you to check your favorite shop’s website or give them a call.
