Brian Myers

Brian has more than 15 years of experience in fundraising and development. He started his career with the LIVESTRONG Foundation in Austin, TX before moving to Charlotte to work with local nonprofits, including Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation and The Anne Springs Close Greenway. He enjoys creating meaningful partnerships with both individual and corporate supporters. 

Brian has degrees from Towson University, where he was a member of the lacrosse team, and Stevenson University, where he was an assistant coach for both the men’s lacrosse and women’s field hockey teams. 

Outside work, Brian enjoys fly-fishing in Western, NC, and spending time with his wife, Maddie, daughter, Kay, and golden retriever, Mosey. 

Brian and his family have planted their roots in Charlotte and are passionate about helping make Charlotte a great city for their daughter to grow up in. He and his wife are active in local arts, early childhood development, and conservation organizations.
